Ridgeback hybrid bike

After quite a lot of research, we have found that the best type of cycle to explore the area is a hybrid type bike that will allow good progress on the country roads as well as the less challenging woodland tracks, if your route takes you down these too. ALL NEW FLEET OF BIKES We have chosen a Ridgeback hybrid bike with a comfortable riding position, plenty of gears, good brakes and good puncture resistance for these reasons. Bikes4Gites will provide a helmet for each rider and a toolkit and puncture repair kit for each hire.

Childrens bike

Our child’s hire  bike is a Gridlock 24 , with 24″ wheels and 21 gears and front suspension and is suitable for  children aged 8-12 years to keep up with the adults on everything but the most challenging rides.
